Before you ask
- Who actually sends me the order?
- Fourthwall. They print it, pack it and ship it, and they are the ones who take the payment. This site is the shop window; the checkout happens on their store.
- How long until it arrives?
- Every order is made after you buy it. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then it ships and you get a tracking link. Delivery time after that depends on where you are and the shipping method you picked.
- Do you ship to my country?
- Yes, worldwide. Import taxes and customs duties are not included and are charged by your own country, not by us.
- Can I return it if the size is wrong?
- Everything is made to order, so check the sizing chart on the product page before ordering. Returns are handled by Fourthwall as the seller of record, and their returns policy is what applies -- it is linked under Policies below.
- What if it arrives damaged?
- Contact Fourthwall support with your order number and a photo. They handle replacements and refunds; the conditions and time limits are set out in their returns policy.
- When do the plush and the charm come out?
- When they are ready. They are not on sale yet and there is nothing to reserve.
